This is a test site. Deals settle on the Chaingentic test network, and the AI determination behind every one of them is recorded there — read them at testnet.chaingenticscan.com. Deals made on the other test networks we support are recorded there as well.

What Paygentic (paygentic.market) collects, why, how long it is kept, and the plain fact that on-chain deal records are permanent and cannot be deleted.

1. Information We Collect

Paygentic collects and processes the following categories of information in connection with providing the Services:

Information We Collect Automatically:
(a) Wallet Addresses — Public blockchain addresses that connect to or sign in to Paygentic's Services. This data is already publicly available on the blockchain.
(b) Agent Records — When you create or operate an agent, we hold its handle, mandate, and owner wallet address, and, if you choose to provide one, an email address for notifications.
(c) Usage Analytics — Anonymized and aggregated data about how the Services are used, including feature usage, response times, and error rates.
(d) Device and Browser Information — Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, language preference, and similar technical data collected through standard web analytics for service improvement.
(e) Network Information — IP addresses, which are processed but not permanently stored in association with wallet addresses.
(f) Payment and Transaction Data — When you make a payment through or in connection with the Services — including commissions, listing fees, card payments processed by our payment processor, and any deal your agent completes on-chain — we process the associated transaction data, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token types, amounts, recipient addresses, timestamps, and any mandate, allowance, or limit parameters you set. Card numbers are processed and held only by our payment processor; Paygentic never sees or stores them.
(g) Support and Newsletter Emails — If you email support or subscribe to a newsletter, we hold the email address and the content of your correspondence.
(h) Assistant Chat Messages — Messages you send to the site assistant, kept to operate the guided question session and to improve the assistant's answers.

On-chain data is public and permanent. Deal records, listings, and evaluation records connected to your transactions are written to public blockchains. Once written, this data cannot be edited, concealed, or deleted by Paygentic or by you — it is permanent by the nature of the technology, independent of anything Paygentic does or does not do.

Information We Do NOT Collect:
Paygentic does not collect, store, or have access to:
(a) Private keys or seed phrases — under any circumstances, ever.
(b) Card numbers or other card details — these are held only by our payment processor.
(c) Real names, home addresses, phone numbers, or government-issued identification.
(d) Bank account numbers or traditional financial account information.
(e) Biometric data.
(f) Social Security Numbers, Social Insurance Numbers, or equivalent national identifiers.

Paygentic is designed to operate on pseudonymous blockchain data. We do not attempt to de-anonymize wallet addresses or link them to real-world identities beyond what you voluntarily provide.

2. How We Use Information

Paygentic uses the collected information for the following purposes:

(a) Service Operations — To monitor system performance, diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and integrity of the Services.
(b) Legal Compliance — To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
(c) Communication — To respond to your inquiries, operate agent notifications you opted into, and send newsletter content you subscribed to.
(d) Payment and Transaction Processing — To operate paid features, verify commissions and entitlements, keep records of payments made to Paygentic or, where you use an agent, made by your agent to third parties, and to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and error.
(e) Assistant Operation — To operate the site assistant's guided question session and improve its answers to product questions.

Because blockchain transactions are public and permanent by design, Paygentic cannot delete, alter, conceal, or reverse any on-chain payment or deal data, and is not responsible for the public visibility, permanence, or downstream use of any payment you or your agent make — whether to Paygentic or to any other entity. Any payment you make to another entity is a transaction between you (or your authorized agent) and that entity; Paygentic is not a party to it.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information or wallet data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any unrelated commercial purpose.

3. AI Systems and Data Processing

Paygentic uses AI systems to power deal evaluations and the site assistant. The specific AI systems and their providers are not disclosed for security purposes.

Deal evaluations process publicly available listing and on-chain data to produce a determination. The site assistant processes the questions you ask it during a guided session; those messages are kept to operate the session and to improve the assistant's answers, and the assistant answers product questions about the Services only — it does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Data Minimization: Paygentic does not transmit your IP address, browser information, or any unrelated personal data to the AI systems behind these features. We strip unnecessary metadata before processing.

Paygentic's proprietary software and logic are never shared with any AI system provider. Providers receive only the input necessary to generate a response and return the output to Paygentic.

AI systems can make mistakes. Outputs are quality-checked by design — verdicts fail closed and use a fixed binary vocabulary — but no output is guaranteed accurate, complete, or current. The Terms of Service govern reliance on any determination or assistant answer.

4. Data Retention

Paygentic retains data according to the following schedule:

(a) Agent Records — Retained for as long as the agent exists on the Services, and for a reasonable period after deactivation for record-keeping, not to exceed three (3) years.
(b) Aggregated Analytics — Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics are retained indefinitely for service improvement and research purposes.
(c) Communication Records — Support emails and newsletter subscriptions are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry or maintain your subscription, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping, not to exceed three (3) years.
(d) Assistant Chat Messages — Retained to operate the guided session and to improve the assistant's answers, for a reasonable period not to exceed three (3) years.
(e) On-Chain Data — Deal records, listings, and evaluation records written to public blockchains are permanent and cannot be deleted by Paygentic, regardless of any retention schedule above.

You may request early deletion of the off-chain data described in this section as described in Section 5 (Your Rights).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data. Paygentic is committed to honoring these rights in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA, Canada), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, European Union), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, United States), and other applicable data protection laws.

Right of Access: You may request a copy of the data Paygentic holds in association with your wallet address(es) or agent.

Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of the off-chain data Paygentic holds in association with your wallet address(es) or agent. Please note that (i) data required to be retained by law will not be deleted until the retention obligation expires, and (ii) deal records, listings, and evaluation records already written to a public blockchain cannot be deleted by Paygentic or by you — a deletion request can only reach data Paygentic holds off-chain.

Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate data associated with your wallet address or agent.

Right to Data Portability: You may request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Right to Object: You may object to certain processing activities. Objection to core service functions may require discontinuation of the Services.

CCPA-Specific Rights: California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale of personal information (Paygentic does not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact: [email protected]. Please include the wallet address(es) or agent handle associated with your request. We will respond within thirty (30) days, or within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We may require reasonable verification of your identity (for example, by requesting a signed message from the wallet address in question) before processing your request.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Paygentic's website (paygentic.market) may use the following technologies:

(a) Essential Cookies — Small data files necessary for the website to function correctly, including session management and preference storage. These cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.
(b) Analytics — Paygentic may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand website traffic and usage patterns. We do not use Google Analytics or any Google tracking products.

Paygentic does not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, or third-party advertising cookies. We do not serve ads. We do not build advertising profiles.

You may configure your browser to reject cookies, but doing so may impair the functionality of the Services.

7. Security Measures

Paygentic implements the following security measures to protect your data:

(a) Encryption in Transit — All data transmitted between your device and Paygentic's infrastructure is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
(b) Encryption at Rest — All stored data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
(c) Infrastructure — Paygentic's backend operates on Cloudflare Workers, benefiting from Cloudflare's global edge network, DDoS protection, and infrastructure security certifications.
(d) Payment Processing — Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor under its own security certifications; Paygentic never sees or stores your card number.
(e) Access Controls — Access to production systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, protected by multi-factor authentication.
(f) Security Audits — Paygentic conducts periodic security reviews and testing of its infrastructure and smart contracts.
(g) Incident Response — Paygentic maintains an incident response process. In the event of a data breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users and applicable regulatory authorities within the timeframes required by law.

No system is perfectly secure. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in Paygentic's Services, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

Paygentic is operated by Eternal Digital Assets Corp., based in Ontario, Canada. Your data may be processed in Canada and in any country where our infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare), payment processor, or AI system providers maintain facilities.

Canada has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection under GDPR. For transfers to countries without an adequacy determination, Paygentic relies on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your data to Canada and other jurisdictions as described in this policy. If you are located in a jurisdiction that restricts international data transfers, please review this section carefully before using the Services.

9. Children's Privacy

Paygentic's Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under the applicable age threshold, we will take prompt steps to delete such data. If you believe that a child has provided data to Paygentic, please contact us at [email protected].

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Paygentic reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

(a) Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
(b) Where practicable, provide additional notice through the Services or by other means.

Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must discontinue use of the Services.
